Lead Paragraph

The lead paragraph is rather confusing, and seems to be one long run on sentence. Any way it could be pared down to make more sense? I'm not sure what it is trying to say, so I don't want to murder it by modifying it. Lyellin 04:00, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

The title is much better - but the introduction paragraph on the article is one sentence, which I think could be two or three. Is it referencing a speech the president made? I don't know what "the Information" is. THat's my concern. THe articles great, just the first line is confusing. Lyellin 04:45, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
