Original reporting notes: telephone account from Peace tax Seven member Roy Prockter, my notes: Our case has no possibility of our case being resolved in the British courts; Case heard for three hours; Court had to be enlarged; Law on taxation is general, you pay it and the government can decide what to do with it; Have the right to appeal once written judgment has been received; May take it to the human rights court; He listened carefully to us, if he’d been dealing with logic we’d have got through.
