This house was rented out by James Howard with his daughter, Gloria, and his son, James Jr[edit]
The family meant everything they wrote on the wall, and to this day, they still brag about it. They sold drugs out of the house, but mainly kept the drugs for themselves to use. The son, James Jr, was 15 years old when he began smoking crack and doing cocaine with his father. I remember one Christmas they gave each other cocaine as a Christmas present. To this day, I still see them running around Bowmanville at all hours of the night/day, smoking crack and selling OxyContin. They assume that no one sees what they are up to, but I still observe them every time they pass by my house or while I am doing my errands around town. I would like to see the police make an arrest, but there still hasn't been one.
