WHO?

"New Zealand is required to do so under obligations to the World Health Organisation." -- I find this interesting, could anyone elaborate on these obligations and what they entail? Rob T Firefly 16:06, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

The WHO ordered countries to cut down on smoking by including graphic warning images on packages. They have until sometime in 2007 to comply.
