Title is way too long. People should be dragged in, not given all the information in the title. Please shorten to something like: 'Haitian presidential candidate arrested by UN.' See sources for good example of length.

Title is too vague. How do you know that the candidate is running for president of Haiti? There are Haitians around the world who could be running for president of another country. For example, Alberto Fujimori is Japanese and the former president of Peru. --MateoP 19:35, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
