Clarify amounts (3kg from puppies, remainder from other sources)[edit]

I think the claim of 14 packets in the BBC article is a mistake. The other sources make no such claim. However, the DEA press release states: there have been 14 separate seizures of heroin. Also, this DEA photo shows 7 bags and this other DEA photo shows the bags are approx. 500 mL each. That would add up to a total of roughly 3.5 L. This is similar to the DEA's figure of 3 kg.
