Not done - Camps is really too broad for a category (It can mean a whole range of things that varry considerably). I'm hesitant to add Refugee Camps, as at this point in time there really isn't enough articles on Refugee Camps for a category imho (but if that changes, or if theres a whole bunch i'm unaware of, please don't hesitate to mention it to me).
