Can someone define what "Administration" is in this context? Nakon (talk) 21:27, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
- In this case it is due to the shares being suspended and the company effectively being broke. The board/senior managers are taken out of the loop and a third party is put in charge of either finding a buyer or shutting the company and getting the most for the assets. --Brian McNeil / talk 21:35, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
