I am adding the part about ASD back

I've put in the word "severe" to the paragraph because if he had it bad enough that it had anything to do with him stabbing someone, I'd question the judgment of whoever put him in a public school, even in special education. Just having ASD isn't enough to make the guy stab anyone anyway, so it's probable that he had other problems going on.
