title change

i would go for the town name, perhaps with adding israel and certainly removing the - developing part, don't believe that has been used before and shouldn't become something i would want to see here. Boneyard 14:39, 26 October 2005 (UTC)

Agreed - developing as it really was - but its settled down now - not really any new info. It will just be body count updates

Coastal town?
