Where?[edit]

Without consulting the sources, I am having trouble understanding where this took place. Hardin County? Is that in Texas? There was a quote from a law professor from Texas, but... Just needs to be clarified a bit for international readers. Jcart1534 11:19, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I originally had it under the date, but perhaps that is not allowed as the publishing editor removed it before publishing. I worked it into the body. Thanks for taking the time to leave a message about that. LaraLove 13:34, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is he really facing 99 years in prison? That's an incredibly long sentence given the girl didn't die; you can get less for murder.

I guess it has to do with the young age of the victim? MessedRocker (talk) 16:48, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, I just wrote the article, not the law! :) I agree, though, that it's probably because the child was only two. I'm sure he won't get 99 years for it, however. Probably the minimum of 5. 10 max, in my opinion. Tolly Carr killed someone and got off much easier. LaraLove 19:20, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
