Maybe this title is too exuberant. Thousands of studies a year show a potential benefit or danger in eating this or that. Usually they aren't taking seriously until they've been backed up multiple large scale studies. 99 percent of the time or more they don't pan out. TRWBW 04:10, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

changed the content too, tried to make it more balanced[edit]

I separated out the facts from the opinions and added a skeptical opinion to balance the positive opinion and the neutral opinion. I admit, I've got a bias towards skepticism, prefering keep it low key until the scientists weigh in on it. If I've gone to far, feel free to fix. TRWBW 05:15, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
