Ooooh[edit]

I wonder how disputatious this article will become. —THIS IS MESSEDOCKER (TALK) 22:28, 2 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

War Crimes[edit]

This is a "crime" with a small c, not a systematic genocide or other such action where the chain of command is involved and the label "War Crime" (with a capital C) is inappropriate. --Brian McNeil / talk 19:26, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed; wikipedia does show the "c" as small in War crime and does confirm the small "c" war crime may apply to any individual person ; "a war crime is a punishable offense under International_Law, for violations of the laws of war by any person or persons, military or civilian." Convention, per here and here is to list as category crime and law plus human rights. Otherwise we're into disputing whether or not this should be labelled as a "War crime". --Brian McNeil / talk 19:53, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
