None of the sources cited are recognizeable as authorities; one is a pac press release and the others are also strongly partisan sites and therefore are dubious sources. Please cite less biased sources, especially for the claims regarding "greatly extends the power of the president". Do not use "theoretical proponents" or "Some proponents": be specific and name individuals or organizations which are on record stating the opinions you are ascribing.

The bill as described allows presidential appointees to kill off agencies by not renewing them. That's an obvious extension of presidential power, since right now agencies are created and destroyed by acts of Congress. Where is the non-neutrality? 06:33, 30 September 2005 (UTC)Reply
