Development issues[edit]

This is a great start for an article, however there are a few things which need to be addressed:

  • Wikinews does not do bylines. Please see the styleguide.
  • Generally, use more than one source, both to corroborate the factual statements and to avoid being informed by only one point of view.
  • Strive for balance: this article really close to achieving that, however it appears to "blame" the Democrats for the closed door session, and presents an argument from their adversary Republicans which actually accounts for 59% of the words in the article.
  • Basic accuracy, spelling and grammar - points for your english as the only thing which jumps out at me is the name "Libby", not Liddy. However, Mr Libby is alleged to have lied under oath, for which he has been indicted, but it's not a fact that he did so yet. Other fact-checking should probably take place before the article is published. - Amgine / talk 23:03, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
