MAIN PAGE READY? you've GOT to be kidding.

There are cartoon captions with more words and meat than this "article".

This blog like comment definately qualifies as "patent nonsense"; and is full of POV and uncorroborated insinuations. "It has been reported" "may not have been informed"

The grammar is unreadable..."obtaining them a special badge"

It looks more like a 10 second effort at a blog comment than a news article. Delete. Paulrevere2005 21:58, 11 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I disagree that the article should be deleted. I've read quite a few comic strips in my time, and this article doesn't read like a comic to me.
I just read the sources cited by the article, and it appears that we have enough info to fix the "it is reported" and "may not have been informed" objections, so I will attempt to address your concerns now.

OK, I attributed the anonymous reporting claims, expanded the article with a bit more info, moved the Italian government's objection further up in the article, and added another source (an Associated Press piece).
Do these edits improve the article beyond "cartoon caption" status? — DV 07:35, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
  • The article is OK now, as far as I'm concerned. Paulrevere2005 13:42, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
