The quote about Yushchenko's medical condition is worthy of mention, however, isn't there a better place to put it? It makes no sense placed here, and does not really discuss what's going on (poisoning speculation). --Xanadu 09:32, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Should the Timeline be in present tense? 119 18:12, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)

News is in itself reporting past events, and I think it's just best to leave the timeline in past tense. --Xanadu 00:22, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
But a timeline isn't a news story exactly. I think I've seen more timelines in the present-tense than not. But, anyway I think they flow better in the present-tense. 119 01:03, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Hm, well, I see your point and an AP timeline has the Orange Revolution in present tense. --Xanadu 16:51, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I'm not sure this belongs on Wikinews in this form. It looks more like a Wikipedia-type summary to me.--Eloquence

Plagued?[edit]

"The runoff was plagued with allegations of large-scale voter fraud". Do we still want to use the word "plagued"? Seems pretty POV to me. - Ta bu shi da yu 07:35, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
