How does the quote at the end relate to the block? Unless it is the uploading of content they want to prevent. --Brian McNeil / talk 20:54, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As the article says, the military once said these sites would be open to members of the military, and now they are apparently reversing that policy by blocking them. The quote may also seem to imply that they are removing access due to more than bandwidth concerns, but obviously that can't be mentioned explicitly without a source. —BlackTerror 15:33, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
