This template determines whether a parameter in extended image syntax may be the image caption. If the parameter may be the caption, returns the parameter; otherwise (if the parameter is definitely not the caption), returns a blank string. The template cannot in general distinguish a size parameter from a caption, but does specifically recognize a few commonly used sizes.
Usage
[edit]Pass the image-syntax parameter to this template as its sole, unnamed parameter.
