Given a target image name and its original caption, this sub-template of {{missing image}} generates a caption suitable for use by {{missing image}}. If the target image exists locally, the original caption is unchanged.
Usage
[edit]Named parameters {{{file}}} and {{{caption}}} provide the target image name and original caption.
Optional named parameter {{{local}}} if non-blank indicates the file went missing locally rather than on commons.
