This template generally should not be used on new articles. It is for citing a particular page of an off-line ("dead-tree") source, which means the source cannot be consulted on-line during review.

Usage

Parameters, all required, are the basic parameters of {{source}} minus url plus page; thus: author title, pub, page, date.
