Usage
This template contains parts of {{votings}} not involved when manually updating counts, appearing at the front of the list. As of this writing, it lists help requests, articles for review, flagged discussions, and accreditation requests. Optional parameter x excludes either zero entries when x=+, or non-zero entries when x=0. Optional parameter x excludes either zero entries when x=+, or non-zero entries when x=0. Optional parameter row excludes entries not earmarked for the specified row.
Internals
Entries are earmarked for particular rows using {{votings/select}}. Some entries (but not all) use {{votings/n}} or {{votings/m}}.
