Usage
[edit]This template provides a variant of the attention-list of {{votings}}, with all the non-zero items first, followed by the zero items.
As for {{votings}}, optional parameter row excludes entries not earmarked for the specified row.
Internals
[edit]The sorting is accomplished by calling {{votings}} twice, first with parameter x=+, then with x=0. The parameter is passed down through {{votings}} (along with parameter row) to the subtemplates that generate the entries.
