This template is formatted {{wikivoyage|foo|bar}}, where

• foo = Name of the page on Wikivoyage
• bar = optional description of the page. If this parameter is left blank, it uses the title of the page (article) as a description (without the namespace prefix), in this case "Wikivoyage".

{{wikivoyage|United States|U.S.A.}} gives:

Clicking "Wikivoyage" will lead to the Wikivoyage article called "United States"
