Using Template:imported

You will need four items of information:

• URL of the site the article is from. Preferably the link to the actual article, or to the home page.
• Name of the site the article is from.
• URL of the copyright licensure text.
• Name of the copyright licensure.

To call the template, {{imported|url_of_site|Site Name|url_of_license|License Name}}
