If an article is finished[edit]

If an article is finished, then publish it. Why wait? -Edbrown05 08:05, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This article went down to the finished template, Baseball's Detroit Tigers win ALCS. Finished is like purgatory. Maybe worse than that, it's Baseball's hell. Detroit wins, and the article is too "laudative" to one Wikinews editor critic. What do you want? A hot dog too? Or a report...
The message is, go elsewhere for a report, because you won't find it here. Baseball's Detroit Tigers win ALCS is too "Finished". (I'm getting mad again) -Edbrown05 08:17, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
And imagine the happy fan who cared to report this UN-news to Wikinews... "why did I bother?" must be what the person is asking? Eloquence wants neat and what he'll get is nothing... no news.
No mass of participation can be built around nothingness, when not good enough is the norm
which is to say i am dametrically opposed to a few good reports, and in favor of 100 bad ones. i would get at least something out of 5 bad reports, and gems get polished
this site is getting on my unparticipatory nerves
