Removed the heading[edit]

I removed the heading (without an edit summary, because I though I was editing a subst one, sorry) , because it is annoying for user templates to have headings when there main use is with the add comment thing. Also the heading of Spam causes the message to be insulting when it is used in questionable cases. Revert if its an issue for you --Cspurrier (talk) 07:39, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
