Laughable

I think this is a good gesture on point to attempt to lower traffic accidents in the region, but in the end it boils down to being just that - a gesture. Most likely laughable at any rate.

Agreed. I doubt such childish behaviour will cause anything other than laughter at the expense of Australians.
