Bizarre

Are the days of master criminals carefully orchestrating hijackings over? Any recent hijack I can think of from the top of my head has involved mental illness or lone individuals and/or small groups embarking on bizarre schemes. This is no exception. Why on earth would getting oneself locked up in Malta be anybody's idea of a fine way to make your political mark in Libya?
