Contradiction

Actually the french lady is from St Barts, which is in the Caribbean. Since it is territory of France, I guess they still call it "France". So she doesn't live in France, Europe... thereby making Mrs Baldwin the oldest in physical europe. But not oldest european. Very confusing. Just roll with it.
