Obviously Convicted Rapist, Officer Stephen Mitchell, is a DNA Psychopath. The Governments of U.S., NATO, and U.K., should have long ago, as soon as it was possible, have developed a DNA Test for Psychopathy. Very few DNA Psychopaths become Convicted Criminals! They need special career counseling: the Military is a great career for Psychopaths, as is Finance! Many Psych0paths do very well in Finance; Many own Mansions on the Palm Beach Barrier Island! Psychopaths have Rights also, and have the right to Fair Counseling, based on their DNA! Max Brand stated: There are always the same number of crimes and criminals (Per 100 Thousand Population) But; as Civilzation Deteriorates, these Crimes and Criminals become much worse in Character; what had not been Noticable before, becomes very Notorious! A Civilization Deterioates when.and as; it turns away from Aristotle!!!
