Neutrality

This article seems a bit biased. It should include some kind of brief expansion on what it means to be a Dalit in Indian society; some readers may be unfamiliar with it. If I were her, I'd be paranoid too... though sending an empty jet just to buy sandals is definitely wasteful.

Its true that Dalits are discriminated a lot, but i think the link to wikipedia article is sufficient.
