My name is Alyssa Martin and I am a student studying a Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts at University of Wollongong.

As part of my studies regarding legal and professional issues for Journalists, I have been introduced to WikiNews and the concept of citizenship journalism.

My aim this session is to get a story published on WikiNews, concerning current international/national ethical or legal issues and the media.

I am open to reviews by WikiNews volunteers and appreciate any feedback that will assist my story to be published.

I hope I can contribute ethically to the practise of analysing and disseminating news to the public through WikiNews.
