Hi Jesse... nice article! I've added categories, a link to our "in-depth coverage" page, and also removed the line source. We generally only put sources at the bottom in the "Sources" section. I've also moved the article back to develop for the moment. We usually allow articles to sit in develop for a short period to give other contributors a chance to review them and contribute changes. This article could certainly be expanded, and there are some sentences that need to be changed to conform to the style guide. For example, sentences such as "Only time will tell what the final result will be in this hostile situation." are not in a journalistic style. Excellent work so far though! - Borofkin 03:25, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I want to know where I came from. Please (:

Hi there. Welcome to wikinews. I noticed you've uploaded an image. Images are nice things. I like images, especially public domain ones (:. However I need to verify that it actually is public domain (general site policy). Could you please say where you got it from (website url, took it yourself, friend etc) on the Image:Kabul.jpg page. Thank-you very much. If you have any questions or concerns, please leave me a message. Bawolff ☺☻ 23:38, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. Its actually very easy

so:

[[Image:Loya8.jpg|thumb|200px|left|foo bar fred!]]

Produces:

File:Loya8.jpg
foo bar fred!

By the way, we have built in commons support. You can link any image at commons directly by its commons name. Bawolff ☺☻ 23:52, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
