Request for Mediation

I have asked Jason Safoutin a question on his talkpage. His answer dont make sense and shows a unwillingness to cooperate to help me sort out the prelude to block of me 01:38, 2 May 2006. It is not a acusation as Jason Safoutin claims and not a violation of undifined parts of WN:E. And talking about WN:E there is a part saying " Don't ignore questions."

I like to sort this out carfully of obvious reasons. Im informed that Jason Safoutin was active on IRC at a point when my comming block was discussed. I need help from Wikinewsies to somehow make Jason Safoutin little more helpfull.
