Template Flower 1 Picture
Image: Leila Monaghan.

This is a template for stories with photographs. For a template with more information about the basic process of posting a story see Template: Basic Story.

Start your own story, then copy and paste this template into your story window to begin. If you are just reading this as a regular page, might seem kind of strange as I am referring to code only visible in the editing window.

This template is very rough and I will try to add more information later

To add your own picture, upload a picture at Wikimedia commons (links at left or here: [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload Wikimedia). You’ll need to start an account there if you don’t already have one. Replace Image:Template Flower1.jpg with the file name you have given your image, and my username and name with your names. If you have trouble with posting your picture, check capitalization. Best place to get the file name is by copying the last part of the Unique Wikimedia address from the address bar at the top of the page (the part after the last / )

The above line of text is for a right hand side photograph slightly larger than the original photograph. Notice that it says |right|350px| in the code—this basically tells which side to put the photograph on and how large you want your photograph to be.

QUOTE THAT TOTALLY EXPLAINS YOUR AWESOME IMAGES HERE
