Closed: This poll is closed, after very little activity in 5 months (and no guidelines for closure)

It was not commons who killed it but some unknown change in mediawiki that broke the bot. If someone wanted to spend a little bit time debuging (and had some .net programming skills) there is very little reason why the bot could not be restarted.
