For some mysterious reason it looks like the veteran Vardi is looking for YOUNG TALENTS. Not just TALENTS. This emphasis on young, this age limit to creativity, originality and drive is really hard to understand. Vardi is very much appreciated for his own talents and success. His successes are praised and his failures are minimized. People look up to him, constantly pitching ideas to him, when really, as he sais it himself, he is "not interested in ideas, only in talents", and excuse me for adding in my words, leave him alone you grovellers... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lemino (talk • contribs) 13:27, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
