I personally think that the fair use for this is kinda thin. It is a screenshot, but it was taken by a competing news organization (a blogger), which I don't know if it counts. Also it has wmp visible. Bawolff ☺☻ 02:37, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I can't comment on how screenshots of web-based video files compare to screenshots of regular media (TV). But I am pretty sure Microsoft will not be unhappy to see a little bit of WMP wherever they can get it. I bet they are sick of YouTube. --SVTCobra 02:45, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well yes, I'm sure they love the publicity. I just feel on general principal, the less we are using fair use stuff the better. That's just a minor concern though.
