For synthesis, new details must have come to light within the past five to seven days, and the news event itself must have happened within ten days. Unless sources can be found and a news event chosen to bring this article into compliance with those requirements, the article may be deleted. If any new details from the last five to seven days are newsworthy in their own right then an article could be written with these updates as the actual news event. Exceptions are possible where original reporting adds significant new and newsworthy information to the article.

Possible Yemen Houthi rebels fired 3 missiles seen on Friday off the coast of Yemen toward the Red Sea near an important strait where a ship was passing through and was damaged. Ambrey, a British private security firm, saw 3 missiles fired from the direction of Yemen's Mokha/Mocha. The tanker, out of Panama/Seychelles named the Andromeda Star was the closest vessel to the missiles. The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations also reported the missile launchings. The Andromeda Star was using an Automatic Identification System signal at the time. The Andromeda Star was owned by the UK until 2013. The Andromeda Star was traveling from Primorsk, Russia, to Vadinar, India.
