Unpublished[edit]

I unpublished this article because it does not yet appear ready for publication. There are spelling and typo erros, and the article does not fully address the Who? What? Where? When? and if possible Why? and How? questions. Generally, for non-breaking news articles should have corroborating sources - at least two. - Amgine/talk 06:03, 6 October 2005 (UTC)

Sorry about that, I hope it's fixed now. Very sorry about jumping the gun and publishing it without letting it devolop first.... If it needs more changes please tell me. Flying Canuck 02:37, 7 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrote the article in a more appropriate and accurate manner. Don't know whether it's ready to be published yet, myself, but if anyone wishes to publish it, I would say to go right ahead. Fredward 05:49, 7 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Could we see some examples of other provinces salaries, please? The article at the moment seems to have a significant spin on it, and either needs it removed or needs it backed up. --sdfisher 07:50, 7 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have found a comparison with other provinces. However, I am not sure if wikinews counts a commerical activity. It is also on the government of Alberta's web-site which may be bias to Alberta: http://www.education.gov.ab.ca/news/Media/Salaries.asp Flying Canuck 14:54, 7 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate all the comments and help made; this is the first article I have written and the edits are very much appreciated.Flying Canuck 14:54, 7 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Much better. I also should apologize; reading what I wrote, I think I implied above that the spin was intentional. This is not what I meant, just that the article read as if it had a spin and needed tuning. Good work. :) --sdfisher 06:15, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Original reporting[edit]

I added the origial tag as I have done some work on the article, talking to teachers etc....more to come! Flying Canuck 17:26, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
