Talk:Koizumi offers apologies for Japan's past

I am kind of objecting to this sentence:

However, since 1974 it is the 17th time Japan has officially apologised to China over the atrocities committed.

It was added later and it makes the whole thing biased. Waerth 22:10, 22 Apr 2005 (UTC)
