"Mr Shaye has been offended by the lawsuit brought to his company by Mr Jackson" shld read " Mr Shaye said he has been offended by the lawsuit brought to his company by Mr Jackson" or "Someone thinks Mr Shaye has been offended by the lawsuit brought to his company by Mr Jackson".
