NPOV[edit]

This is totally one sided POV of the U.S....blantantly one sided...and I am in the US. DragonFire1024 08:26, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is why I put "US:" in the article name.--Blivit 08:29, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
But because of our NPOV policy, we cannot have a onesided view. DragonFire1024 08:30, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It is a news story about U.S. allegations. You are welcome to add to it. In fact, I gave Iran's view as well when I added, "Iran sees its support for anti-Israeli groups as aid to resistance movements and not as support for terrorism" to the article.--Blivit 08:35, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I agree with Blivit on this, the title makes it clear, that this is what the US is saying, that is allowed. Brian | (Talk) | New Zealand Portal 08:37, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Big deal...one sentence...its still POV of the US and an Iranian response to this allegation needs to be added. As of now its nothing but a simple POV. DragonFire1024 08:43, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I added Questioning Iran's Role in Iraq Insurgency.--Blivit 08:56, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well I stated my concerns...and its still one sided...but whatever. DragonFire1024 09:15, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"According to the latest report of the State Department" may give the State Department too much cridibility. The phrase "Third, Iran is said not have aided the Taliban militarily" seems confusing. Also Iran, Sudan, and Syria do "sponcer terrorism" but it'd be really nice to point out that Cuba and North Korea don't, if anyone can find something. It might also be nice to point out that Al Qaeda is Sunni and has nothing to do with Iran, which is Shia. Nyarlathotep 09:28, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Saad bin Laden is in Iranian custody.--Blivit 09:35, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I am concerned, this article reads like Iran is responsible for all of the terrorism problems we have in the world. Re-tagging. Please conform to NPOV. DragonFire1024 09:40, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Apparently, Ayatollah Ebrahim Amini's statement and the "Death to America" have escaped your notice.--Blivit 09:42, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sunni groups[edit]

On top of Palestinian groups, consider this: Omar al-Bashir, Yahya Jammeh, Bashar al-Assad, Ismail Omar Guelleh, & many Egyptians like Chairman of the Union of Arab Lawyers Sameh 'Ashour are Sunni supporters of Iran. Qaddafi is also a highly pro-Iranian Sunni[1].--Blivit 09:39, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Iranian response[edit]

I added the Iranian response.--Blivit 09:41, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
