Provided for use by its parent template, {{missing image}}.

Usage

Give the name of an image file as unnamed parameter. If the named image file exists locally, its name is returned, otherwise the name of an image-not-available image is returned. The template does not detect existence of a so-named image file on Commons (only of a local one), so use with caution.
