Comments from feedback form - "Sitting here in the States, it..."

Sitting here in the States, it seems good. But really, how can I know? When you ask people to rate a page, are you only asking people who might be in a position of knowing (but that would be a tiny number). Maybe make it more clear what you're looking for.
