It is with some regret that I have decided to retire from this project for the time being. Unfortunately, writing news seems to have become a secondary goal to having the last word in the latest drama and the community spirit for which I once admired Wikinews seems to have fallen apart. Thus, my enthusiasm for the project has reduced to the extent that I'm no longer happy contributing here. For anyone who might wish to contact me, my email is enabled and my Wikipedia talk page is open to all. I hope the project recovers from the self-destructive cycle it has fallen into and, if it does, I may resume editing here. Until then, I owe a debt of gratitude to those editors who have made my overall experience here a pleasant one including, but not limited to, Blood Red Sandmand, Tempo, Mikemoral, Diego and C628.
