A photo for a CAT page should be good enough so that most of the readers can identify and observe the facial details. I don't see a problem with the photo that is being used here. Besides, I feel we should use photos by the Wikimedian contributors and if a good photo is not available, go for the photos which are Govt. work that are under Public Domain.
