Difficulty category[edit]
This might not be the best way to arrange these, but at least for now it provides some useful classification to help find things. There are certainly some difficulties I'm not sure how best to handle, and I'm concerned that they could become controversial, which we don't want. I'd had in mind that a government's army or navy or such would not be a "militant group", but then of course in a civil war it could become controversial which group (if any) is governmental. And it might, conceivably, become controversial whether or not a group is militant. But perhaps those things won't be problematic in practice, at least for a while, and by the time they do start getting controversial maybe we'll have thought of a better arrangement. --Pi zero (talk) 18:12, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
