Precautionary rename?
[edit]This is an extremely common name. Wikipedia has several living people with this name who could easily find their way into Wikinews articles. Either we need to keep this guy in mind and keep an eye on it, or we could rename it to Category:Stephen Mitchell (police officer) or Category:Stephen Mitchell (sex offender). I have been unable to find a middle name which we could use to make him more unique (as is often done with serial killers). --SVTCobra 12:55, 28 August 2019 (UTC)
